manalitravelbazaar.com is an online travel ticket booking ecommerce website. It is not responsible and operating any of the travel service of its own. The entire connectivity's of travel service providers in manalitravelbazaar.com is to provide a comprehensive choice to the customer. We strictly advice the customer to choose the Travel service operator they were comfortable with.

What we responsible with?

Providing a valid booking ticket for the entire travel vertexes mentioned in the site. Processing ticket cancellation and respective refund support. Providing the customer support interns of any delays or inconvenience. Providing Offers as per mentioned in the website.

What we are not responsible with?

  • The departing and arrival time of all travel service operators.
  • The odd services by the employees of travel service operators.
  • The Seat blocked for ticketing is not being up to the customer expectations.
  • The unavoidable cancellation of booked trip by the travel service provider.
  • The baggage of the customer getting lost or stolen or damaged.
  • The travel service operator changes the booked seat at last minute for any other circumstances.
  • The customer not reaching the bus due to wrong boarding time.
  • The travel service provider changes boarding point.

Travellers/Passengers are requested to carry their printed or Mobile ticker and Identity proof for ticket verification on boarding time. Identity proof need to carry May includes (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card).Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds processed for cancelled tickets are transferred to the passenger's bank account / debit / credit / ITZ card that was used while booking the tickets.
  2. All Refunds are processed automatically upon cancellation of tickets. Your bank takes 3-10 business working days to credit this amount to your account/card.
  3. In case the refund amount is not credited to your account in 10 business days, we kindly request you to send an email to support@manalitravelbazaar.com along with the ticket details. We will provide you the necessary support in crediting back the refund amount.
  4. No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time).
  5. Any transaction charges/Ticket Delivery charges collected shall not be refunded if the tickets are cancelled by the customer.
  6. In the event of cancellation of a bus / service trip by the bus operator, manalitravelbazaar.com will assist the passenger in providing an alternative service, subject to availability. In case an alternative is not available, then manalitravelbazaar.com shall be liable to the passenger only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the ticket.
  7. Provisions/amenities like video, air conditioning, or water bottle or any such other services mentioned on manalitravelbazaar.com are to help you to make an informed decision. Any refunds/claims due to non-functioning or un-availability of these services needs to be settled directly with the bus service provider.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

manalitravelbazaar.com is always customer supportive; we like to notice that the travel tickets booked through manalitravelbazaar.com can be cancellable with a proper reason. The payment will refund based on the travel vertex you have choose and depends on the travel service provider terms and conditions. For bus ticket cancellations the payment will be refunded based on the time appealed for cancellation before the boarding starts, this is to be like this between 24hours to 3days before journey the cancellation charges is 10%. Between 3days to 1week before journey cancelation charges is 5%. This payment will be refunded as a form of coupon but not in the form of money or bank transfer. This coupon is valid six months to book other bookings respectively. The important thing need to note that is cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one travel service operator to another. Please feel free to contact our customer support executives for future enquiries on cancellation. If the customers wish to request the refund amount to his back, then we request to submit the cash coupon details for en cashing it to the money. Technical Delays

We always are on update to provide outstanding customer service to our customers. But in case travel ticker booked if not delivered through mail or SMS to mobile because of any technical reasons, we request to take a print of the ticket confirmation page from the website for boarding issues. Communication Policy

manalitravelbazaar will send the alerts to the mobile number registered by the customer. This SMS will be directed to the mobiles which are not switched off, and to the do not registered numbers of DND as per TROI rules and on the mobile mode to receive the SMS. manalitravelbazaar will provide the service that the customer shall receive the alerts of information regarding the ticket bookings or the latest offers and coupons that are available up to date. During the course of sending the SMS to the customers manalitravelbazaar shall not be obligate to confirm the authenticity of customers receiving the alert.

The customer should notice that the SMS service provided by the manalitravelbazaar.com is an additional featured facility for the customers comfort. manalitravelbazaar is not responsible for the SMS may be susceptible to error or inaccuracy. If the customer found any error in the SMS received we urge to please alert the manalitravelbazaar immediately for quick correction, so that the mistakes may not repeat in future. The customer should understand that manalitravelbazaar is not responsible for any loss or damage or claim and expenses including legal cost that will be incurred/suffered by the customer on account of the SMS facility. The customer acknowledges that the clarity, readability, accuracy, and promptness of providing the service depend on many factors including the infrastructure, connectivity of the service provider. manalitravelbazaar shall not be responsible for any non-delivery, delayed delivery or distortion of the alert in any way whatsoever.

By accepting the terms and conditions the customer should acknowledge and agrees that manalitravelbazaar customer service executive may call to the mobile number provided by the customer for the purpose of registration verification or for any promotional updates or to collect the feedback regarding their experiences in travelling and booking. Grievances and claims related to the journey should be reported to manalitravelbazaar support team within fifteen days of your travel date.

PayUmoney Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers will receive a cashback @ 10% of the value of transaction amount subject to a maximum of Rs.50/- (Cashback Amount ) in their PayUmoney Wallet issued by RBL ( PayUmoney Wallet ) upon making a payment at www.manalitravelbazaar.com ( manalitravelbazaar ) through their PayUmoney Account ( Offer ). The Offer can be availed only when payments are made by the Customer through PayUmoney payment option.
  2. In order to avail the cashback, the customer must be registered as a Walletholder.
  3. The Offer can be availed only once by one Walletholder. The Cashback Amount will be received in the Walletholder s PayUmoney Wallet, minimum after 24 hours of the Transaction.
  4. The Offer will be valid from 5th September, 2015 (00:00:00 hours) to 14th September, 2015 (23:59:59 hours).
  5. The Cashback Amount received in the PayUmoney Wallet can be used by the customers on all websites where the PayUmoney Wallet is available as a payment option.
  6. In the event of a full or partial refund, the proportionate cashback shall be deducted from the customers PayUmoney Wallet account. In case the customers PayUmoney Wallet has zero balance then the account shall be in negative and will be adjusted as soon as the cashback or refund is deposited in the customers PayUmoney Wallet
  7. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion being run by PayUmoney.
  8. PayUmoney does not warrant or guarantee availability, merchantability, quality, fitness etc., of any product or service offered by manalitravelbazaar.
  9. PayUmoney reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the Offer. PayUmoney also reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer and to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  10. PayUmoney reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious transactions or misuse of the Offer in any way.
  11. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi.
  12. In all matters relating to the Offer, PayUmoney s decision will be final.
  13. In addition to the above, the Offer is also subject to PayUmoney Wallet general terms & conditions available on www.payumoney.com.
  14. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the PayUmoney Wallet User Terms and Conditions.
